Family Voice Advocacy
FVA Committee is a collaboration of multiple agencies as well as families and age appropriate youth with the goal of breaking down barriers and working together on improving mental health systems of care.
Meetings:
The FVA Committee meets virtually the third Thursday of every month for approximately one hour. This is an exciting opportunity to engage in discussions regarding mental health treatment, barriers to accessing services, and eliminating the “us versus them” attitude within our county. Participants of the FVA may also join various subcommittees working on tangible action plans in order to achieve goals.
