Cattaraugus County Health Department is sad to report the nineteenth death of a resident of Cattaraugus County due to COVID-19 related complications. She was a 100 year old female who developed respiratory failure and was unable to overcome her illness despite aggressive medical treatment.
We extend our deepest condolences to her family and the entire Cattaraugus County community.

Cattaraugus County Health Department was notified of nine additional confirmed cases of COVID-19 residents within Cattaraugus County. The department’s active positive COVID-19 caseload is now one hundred and twelve as there are three hundred and eighty eight residents who have recovered from COVID-19.
The Cattaraugus County Legislative Committees will meet on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, beginning at 4:00 p.m., at the County Center in Little Valley, New York.

The session offers plans and tools to help you to work together with people who can help your child or student be successful, and it will help you to feel more comfortable.

In this training families and caregivers will learn about the role of the Early Intervention Program, Committee on Preschool Special Education and their roles in the transition process. Participants will learn about the timelines and vocabulary involved with the process.

The Tentative 2021 Budget for Cattaraugus County is available for review.
All municipal planning and zoning referrals relating to GMU Article 12B Section 239 (l), (m), and (n) must be received by the Planning Department by Wednesday, November 11th for review and inclusion on the November agenda.
The November 2020 Cattaraugus County Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 19th at 7 pm.
