Students must bring the DOH-3312 Verification of Membership form, signed by their Fire Chief (or EMS Administrator for EMS agencies not affiliated with a fire department) to the first night of class.

GET A HEADSTART FOR THE COURSE!

ALL students (originals and refreshers) will be required to show evidence of completion of the FEMA online courses IS-100.c and IS-700.b, these courses can be found at http://training.fema.gov/IS/NIMS.asp

Students are also required to take a HazMat Awareness Course. Details on this training will be given during the course but students can take online training (IS-5.a) to meet
