The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the US Drug Enforcement Agency, will be holding its semi-annual National Pill Take Back day on Saturday April 24, 2020. The public can drop off prescription and non-prescription medication for proper disposal. We will not be taking any Sharps during this take back.

Drop Locations:

The following locations will be staffed by the Sheriff’s Department on Saturday, April 24th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. 

• The Salamanca City Fire Station at 225 Wildwood St. in Salamanca, NY
• The Delevan Plaza at 40 North Main St. Delevan, NY

Anyone who previously used the disposal location at the Cattaraugus County Office Building in Olean, NY is encouraged to drop their medications off at the Olean Police Department, 101 E. State St, Olean NY.
