There will be a meeting of the Equine Advisory Committee on Oct. 18, 2018 at the Cattaraugus County Center in Little Valley, NY.
All are welcome at this meeting.
This committee is looking for new members.
The Cattaraugus County Board of Health meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.
In New York State, county Boards of Health are empowered by NYS Public Health Law to formulate, promulgate, adopt and publish rules, regulations, orders and directions for the security of life and health in the county health districts. Boards of Health are also empowered to enforce provisions of both the State and County Sanitary Codes.
The Legislature of Cattaraugus County will meet in adjourned session at the County Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York, on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at 4 PM, for the transaction of such business as may properly come before the meeting.
We will be having a Cattaraugus County Wide Trail Committee Meeting on February 21st at 7:00pm at the County Center in Little Valley, 3rd Floor Large Committee Room.
We will ask members to give a short two minute update on trails that they are working on currently. We will then proceed to preparation for our ARC Grant funding that will allow us to GIS current trails, and create a new county wide signage system.
If the weather is not cooperating that day we will post by 3:00pm to reschedule.
The next County Planning Board Meeting is Thursday, February 28th, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the Large Committee Room, Third Floor, Cattaraugus County Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, NY.

No charge for tire disposal on May 18, 2019 at the Five Points Transfer Station from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The County will accept a maximum of four (4) car tires per licensed driver at no charge on scheduled collection days. Any tires in excess of the four-tire limit will be accepted at the regular rates listed on the Tire Collection Schedule for 2019.
No charge for tire disposal on May 11, 2019 at the Conewango Transfer Station from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
