There is an EBT scam being used across the country. The text claims that Social Services is deactivating your EBT card. DSS will never send a text out regarding your benefits or card. NEVER return a call to a text like this and NEVER give your PIN number to someone. If you think there is a problem with your case or your EBT card, call your local DSS or the number on the back of your card. Responding to this text will most definitely result in your benefits being stolen.

The next Planning Board Meeting to be held on February 27, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Cattaraugus County Center Building in Little Valley, NY has been CANCELLED due to no referrals received for February. The next meeting will be held March 27, 2025.
The planning division serves as staff to the 13-member County Planning Board, which must act upon referrals from local municipalities sent to the county under Section 239 I of New York State General Municipal Law. The staff makes recommendations to the County Planning Board regarding these referrals.
