Cattaraugus County Economic Development, Planning and Tourism is currently requesting proposals for the printing of the 2021 Allegany State Park Brochure.

The brochure will have an original size of 24"x 18.5" and include text and graphics on both sides, using four color processing. It will need to be folded in half, and then sixths, reducing to a final size of 4”x9.” Please provide quotes for the quantities of 10,000, and 20,000.

The layout will be done by the department’s staff and be provided print ready, in PDF form. No adjustments to the photos nor text will be expected of the printer. A proof is required before printing, with one allowance for edits by the Department after proof is received. Also, a requirement is the brochure must be packed in boxes not exceeding 20 pounds in weight. Shipping will be to the County Building at 303 Court St. Little Valley, NY 14755, Attn: Tourism.

Once decision is made on the printer, they will be notified and PDF will be sent within the next couple of days.
