The County of Cattaraugus Department of Economic Development, Planning, and Tourism (EDPT) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a Strategic Economic Development Plan (Plan).

The consultant will provide professional services to develop a comprehensive overview of the economy, recommend policy direction for economic growth, advise on ways to build upon our county’s strengths and assets, and identify strategies, programs, and projects to improve the local economy. Detailed market and business analysis and SWOT analysis will be undertaken.

Implementable short-term and long-term goals and objectives to achieve improved economic performance will be developed.

One original and 3 copies of the proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday June 11, 2021.
