ATTENTION CATTARAUGUS COUNTY RESIDENTS

The Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services is pleased to announce that beginning May 12, 2020, residents will be able to electronically submit documents required for income programs. Documents can be uploaded with the use of an iOS or Android device by using the NYDocSubmit app, which is available for download through Google Play ™ and the Apple App Store™. This will reduce the need for residents to mail or to travel into the office to submit documentation.

Eligible program areas include Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, and Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). For additional information please visit the Social Services section at www.cattco.org.
