The Cattaraugus County Board of Elections will hold Early Voting at the following locations for the June 22, 2021 Primary Election.
Where can I vote early?
You can vote at one of two early voting sites in Cattaraugus County. Both sites are accessible to voters with physical disabilities.

- Jamestown Community College Olean Campus, Cutco Building Magnano Room, 305 North Barry Street, Olean, NY
When can I vote early?
In Cattaraugus County early voting hours are as follows:
- Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 10 am - 3 pm
- Sunday, June 13, 2021 from 10 am - 3 pm
- Monday, June 14, 2021 from Noon - 8 pm
- Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 10 am - 6 pm
- Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from Noon - 8 pm
- Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 10 am - 6 pm
- Friday, June 18, 2021 from 10 am - 6 pm
- Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 10 am - 3 pm
- Sunday, June 20, 2021 from 10 am - 3 pm
Who can vote early?
All registered voters who are enrolled in a party having a primary election in the election district that you live can vote early during a primary election.
How will I vote during early voting?
Voting during early voting will be very similar to how you voted in the past. For early voting in Cattaraugus County, you will sign in on an Electronic Poll book, receive your ballot from an Election Day employee (poll worker), vote your ballot as any other election and cast your vote at the voting machine.
There will be a sample ballot, notice to voter and bill of rights posted. If you have a question you may ask an election inspector.
If you vote during the early voting period, you are NOT eligible to vote on Election Day or on a subsequent day of early voting!
When will early voting results be posted?
Early voting votes will be canvassed and reported after 9pm on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 2021 State / Local Primary Election.
Can I still vote by absentee ballot?
Yes, if you are absent from the county on election day, have a temporary/permanent illness or physical disability (includes COVID-19), have duties related to primary care of one or more individuals who are ill or physically disabled, a patient or inmate in a Veteran’s Administration Hospital or in jail/prison, awaiting trial, awaiting action by a grand jury, or in prison for a conviction of a crime or offense which was not a felony you may apply for an absentee ballot.
