Cattaraugus County Election Commissioners Kevin Burleson and Cortney Spittler remind voters that Early Voting 2023 General Election will begin Oct. 28 and run through Sunday, Nov. 5.
Early Voting Sites
There will be two early voting sites serving Cattaraugus County, which can each serve voters from any of the county’s 55 election districts and are accessible to voters with physical disabilities:
- Cattaraugus County Board of Elections, 207 Rock City Street, Little Valley, NY; View on Bing Maps or Google Maps
- Jamestown Community College Olean Campus, Cutco Building Magnano Room, 305 North Barry Street, Olean, NY; View on Bing Maps or Google Maps
Hours for both sites are as follows:
- Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 9 am to 5 pm
- Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 9 am to 5 pm
- Monday, October 30, 2023 from 8 am to 4 pm
- Tuesday, October 31, 2023 from 8 am to 4 pm
- Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from noon to 8 pm
- Thursday, November 2, 2023 from noon to 8 pm
- Friday, November 3, 2023 from 8 am to 4 pm
- Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 9 am to 5 pm
- Sunday, November 5, 2022 from 9 am to 5 pm

Eligible Voters
To be eligible to vote at Early Voting or Election Day, a voter must have been registered by October 28, 2023. All registered voters may vote early, however, those who register on October 28, the first day of Early Voting, will have to vote by affidavit ballot. Persons who vote during the early voting period are NOT eligible to vote on Election Day (Nov. 7) or on a subsequent day of early voting.
