Cattaraugus County Health Department is sad to report the deaths of eight residents of Cattaraugus County due to COVID-19 related complications.

The one hundred seventy-seventh through one hundred eighty-third recorded deaths were seven men, ages 53, 60, 69, 69, 70, 81, and 87 years old, who developed respiratory failure and were unable to overcome their illness despite aggressive medical treatment.

The one hundred eighty-fourth recorded death was a 65 year old female who developed respiratory failure and was unable to overcome her illness despite aggressive medical treatment.

We extend our deepest condolences to their families and the entire Cattaraugus County community.
