The Treasurer's Office recently mailed out letters alerting property owners that have delinquent 2021 County/Town taxes, that those delinquents will be included in an advertised list unless they are paid by July 31, 2021.  The total due is included in that letter, good until 7/31/21.  Please forward your payment as soon as possible to avoid that advertisement.  Click here for taxes owing as of 7/12/21.  These amounts are good through 7/31/21.

Also as a reminder, the 2019 delinquent taxes will soon be foreclosed.  If you have 2019 County/Town taxes owing, please be sure they are fully paid by July 31 (all delinquents must be paid to avoid the foreclosure).  The NYS moratorium regarding foreclosures and evictions will end soon.
