There will not be a meeting of the Cattaraugus County Board of Health in the month of January, 2022.
In New York State, county Boards of Health are empowered by NYS Public Health Law to formulate, promulgate, adopt and publish rules, regulations, orders and directions for the security of life and health in the county health districts. Boards of Health are also empowered to enforce provisions of both the State and County Sanitary Codes.
