The Cattaraugus County Health Department will be hosting COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Cattaraugus County Fairgrounds beginning Wednesday March 31, 2021 and ending on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
The vaccine being administered is Moderna and requires a second administration of vaccine within 28 days of the initial dose due on April 28th, 2021 and April 29th, 2021. Please do not register for a first dose of vaccine if you are unable to attend the scheduled second dose clinic.
Individuals must meet New York State eligibility requirements to register for the vaccine.
