The Cattaraugus County Health Department will be hosting COVID-19 vaccination clinic POD a first dose of Moderna from 3:00-3:20PM at the Jamestown Community College Olean Campus.

The vaccine being administered on Thursday April 8th from 3:00-3:20PM is Moderna and requires a second administration of vaccine within 28 days of the initial dose. Please do not register for a first dose of vaccine if you are unable to attend the scheduled second dose appointment.

Individuals must meet New York State eligibility requirements to register for the vaccine.
