The Cattaraugus County Health Department will be hosting COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Jamestown Community College Olean Campus beginning Wednesday April 7, 2021.

The vaccine being administered on Wednesday April 7th is Moderna and requires a second administration of vaccine within 28 days of the initial dose due on May 5th, 2021. Please do not register for a first dose of vaccine if you are unable to attend the scheduled second dose appointment.

Individuals must meet New York State eligibility requirements to register for the vaccine.
