The Department contracts with legal professionals to provide counseling and assistance to older adults in a variety of areas, including entitlements, Social Security, Railroad Retirement, Medicare and Medicaid, Veteran’s health care, health insurance claims, and matters involving financial abuse. Appointment with the attorney can be scheduled by contacting the Department of the Aging.
