In New York State, county Boards of Health are empowered by NYS Public Health Law to formulate, promulgate, adopt and publish rules, regulations, orders and directions for the security of life and health in the county health districts. Boards of Health are also empowered to enforce provisions of both the State and County Sanitary Codes.

Statement of the County Board of Canvassers of the County of Cattaraugus in relation to the votes cast in the Primary Election, June 25, 2019
The County Board of Canvassers of the County of Cattaraugus having met at the Cattaraugus County Board of Elections, on July 5, 2019, to canvass the votes given in the several Election Districts of said County, at the Primary Election held on the Twenty-fifth day of June in the year aforesaid, do certify as follows:
Join in a 100 motorcycle road rally to benefit Mercy Flight and the Trinity United Methodist Church! A blessing of the bikes will kick off the ride that also welcomes cars. Cost is $20 per bike (or car) and $30 for couple. Cost includes a chicken BBQ at the conclusion of the rally. Deadline to enter is August 2nd, and can be made by calling 716-372-5067 or stopping into Trinity.
Blessing of the bikes is at 11:30am, with ride beginning at Noon.
The Cattaraugus County Legislative Committees will meet on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, beginning at 4:00 PM, Large Committee Room, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York.
