The Cattaraugus County Legislative Committees will meet on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at the County Center in Little Valley, New York, beginning at 4:00 PM.
A public hearing will be held March 25, 2020, at 4:01 p.m. at the Cattaraugus County Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York, to discuss the inclusion into a certified agricultural district of agricultural parcels submitted during the 2020 thirty-day inclusion period.

As we continue to deal with the changes moment by moment brought on by COVID-19, the Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development, Planning & Tourism wants you to know that we are working closely with the State & Federal Government in regards to any opportunities for businesses during this COVID-19 pandemic.
As the situation is rapidly changing, we just ask that however you are affected, please put good record keeping into place by doing the following:

I, Howard V. VanRensselaer, Chairman, Cattaraugus County Legislature, in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on March 15, 2020 and pursuant to Section 25 of the State Executive Law, hereby issue the following directive(s):
The Department of Motor Vehicles Offices in Little Valley and Delevan are hereby closed to the public and to employees of Cattaraugus County, except for necessary maintenance and repair.
